Frequently asked questions

What are the custom art prints printed on?

We only use Epson Premium Luster Fine art paper, (It's very much like thick photographic paper). Ensuring your clients art will look amazing for decades.

Does the art come framed?

At the moment - No, we do not offer our art framed. Prints come shipped in a 3 inch cardboard tube ready for framing (or we can send files digitally if you already have a printing company). Pre-made frames are easily purchase through Amazon or your local framing store of choice.

How much does it cost?

Design and print fees are $325 per custom print plus shipping, (frame not included). If you already have your own printer, the design fee is just $275 per piece.

What are the print sizes you offer?

We offer 3 choices - 13x19, 16x24 or 24x36 inches. Custom Sizes are available upon request.

Is a deposit required?

No. Once your final proof as been approved, we will accept payment before shipping your art or transferring digital files. Basically we'll do the design for free until you love it.

How long does it take before I see my proof?

Typically our custom designs can take anywhere from a few days to a couple of weeks. Please note - We have limited availability during the busy holiday season so contact us as soon as possible if you are considering wowing your clients this year.

Why is the art only available in Black and white?

Black and white design strips away the distractions of color, leaving the viewer to focus on the essential elements of their custom art image: composition, texture, contrast, and form. This can create a powerful image, as the absence of color can evoke a sense of timelessness, nostalgia, and introspection. Plus it will match your clients room decor whatever the color scheme.
