Send us your the aircraft in your fleet you want highlighted in your guide. We can discuss all the extra info we can include such as, advertisements, "about us" info, and/or any company promotional designs, etc... you'd like to include.

We will custom format each page to your specifications with up to date aircraft; descriptions, specifications, images, purchasing details, operating details, cabin layout graphics and range maps.

This is our final step before completion of you guide. Here each page is inspected by you, revisions made and final approval is given for printing.

Files can be formatted for you to use a printer of your choice -or- let us do the printing and ship directly to your place of business.

Does it matter how big or small our Aircraft fleet is?

No. We can design and create your Guide as small or big as you wish.

Can I use our own printing service?

Absolutely. We design and publish each page of your guide in house. Your print files can easily be sent to a printer of your choice.

How much does it cost?

Every custom Guide is obviously different. Depending on page count, materials used for page and cover stock prices will vary for each project. On average, design fees will range between $4000 (cdn) and $10 000 (cdn) depending on how much time is involved in the design process. Printing fees are extra and will vary depending on materials used and quantity printed.

What is the size of the Aircraft Guide?

Our Guides are set at 5.75 Inches high X 8.5 Inches wide. Thickness will depend on how many pages are included. Custom variations in sizes can be designed as well.

Is a deposit required?

For new clients we require a $1500 (cdn) deposit. For existing clients we do not need payment until all print files are completed for export to the printer.

How long does it take before I see my proof?

On average, our custom Guide designs will take between a few weeks to a few months from start to finish. It really depends on fleet size/page count and communication between those involved.

Please note - We have limited availability during the busy holiday season so contact us as soon as possible if you are considering a Wingman Aircraft guide for your charter company.

Can we sell ad space to offset the cost?

Yes - it's your Guide so we can pretty much do anything you want. We have worked with multiple charter affiliates in the past, (including; luxury car brands, insurance and banking brands and more). Your affiliates can create their own ads to the Guide specifications or we will gladly tackle an advertisement idea of your own.
